Rajin buat kerja..sambil rajin diet.. huhu.. tekurang poh da 14kg sebelum belum 8.. sambil rajin exercise.. malas mo lari..malas mo jalan.. rajin mo main tali skipping.. okies.. aktiviti petang..skipping and push up.. 30 minit sehari cukup la..25 minit lompat..5 minit push up.huhu..ok la mungkin tu...huhu..wish me luck..:)
